You Will Be Responsible For:
Shepherd the AdventHealth Leadership Framework – creating programs and reinforcing wholistic leadership across the system
Lead the design and implementation of Leading in AdventHealth
Design and deliver a broad range of learning solutions directly and/or with vendors
Support facilitators across the system
Assess the effectiveness of the AdventHealth Leadership Framework, making updates based on organizational needs and imperatives
Monitors program implementation and ensures requirements are met within established timelines
Performs program evaluation to ensure desired outcomes
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field
Five years’ experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field
Proficient in the use of educational technology
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Workplace Big 5 or other
FranklinCovey, DDI, ATD, IAF, CTF or other
ICF Coaching certification (ACC or PCC level)

As a critical member of the Leadership Institute team, the Manager, Leadership Foundations, oversees the development and implementation of foundational leadership development programs across AdventHealth. He or she will work in close collaboration with regional HR and leadership development teams to align and coordinate a robust leadership development strategy aimed at distinguishing the AdventHealth culture.
