Work Hours/Shift

Full Time Days

What you will responsible for:

  • Ensure recipe compliance.

  • Ensure products and supplies are handled to minimize waste.

  • Temperature logs are accurately maintained.

  • Overtime controlled.

  • Provide service resulting in patient satisfaction scores that are in the Top Box 20% range.

  • Safeguards equipment & resources and ensures staff are handling/operating in a safe and conscientious manner.

  • Supervise and ensure clean and sanitary food service at all times. Follows all HACCP guidelines.

  • Work loads are evenly and fairly distributed.

  • Operates company vehicles as needed for catering events.


What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 years of Line Cook experience

  • Valid Florida Drivers license.


Supervise the performance and behavior of all associates under their direction. Ensure prompt and accurate service to customers through the supervision of appropriate associates. Maintain and ensure sanitation of work areas. Proactive management to ensure proper staffing and minimizing of overtime and over staffing. Oversee retail and patient food production and that all recipes are followed resulting in quality finished products.
